Erin

Co-Founder

Erin has a BSc (hons) in Psychology, and took a keen interest and focus on Developmental Psychology in her final year. Most recently, Erin is pursuing her Master's in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. She is registered with the British Psychological Society, UKATA and UK-SBA. She has worked in private practice supporting families in home, school and nursery settings for over 16 years.

Erin has a passion for full family participation therapy programmes. Her work is proactive, compassionate, and grounded in an understanding of the nervous system and regulation. She enjoys supporting families to look beneath behaviour and consider what a child may be communicating, while also working closely with parents to reflect on their own childhood experiences and how these can shape their parental responses and experiences in the present. Through this process, she helps families build greater awareness, connection, and confidence.

She has training in multiple NDBI approaches such as PRT, ESDM, SCERTS, and Hanen, and has numerous years of experience in ABA/VB.

She is a fully qualified Brick-by-Brick Programme Trainer, training other professionals multiple times throughout the year.

Erin also runs our Group SPACE Programmes for families of children with anxiety. (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).

Outside of her clinical work, Erin is a keen cook — although she leaves it to others to decide whether she is actually a “good” cook! She has two young children who keep her very active. Erin is based in Scotland, where she offers online sessions with parents, and she also travels regularly to London to see clients in person.
