Early Childhood & Behaviour Consultant

Tom is a dedicated behavioural interventionalist with over five years of experience supporting neurodiverse children through evidence-based practices such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Naturalistic Behavioural Developmental Interventions (NBDI).  His passion lies in fostering early developmental skills, improving communication and regulation, and promoting positive behaviours within nurturing frameworks.

 

He holds a Master’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Middlesex University (UK) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Simon Fraser University (USA). With hands-on expertise across diverse settings in both UK and Canada, Tom has excelled in running personalised support sessions, integrating therapeutic goals into everyday activities, and collaborating with families and professionals to make meaningful impacts on the lives of children and their families.

 

Tom’s skills include de-escalation techniques, qualitative research focusing on parental experiences of autism, and the implementation of holistic, development-focused strategies.  He is certified in paediatric first aid and autism awareness, bringing a warm, child-centered approach to all aspects of his work.


In his free time, Tom enjoys photography, fashion, hiking, and cooking his favourite Polish dishes.
